ABOUT MBA GAMES
The MBA Games is an annual competition that originated at Queens University in 1988. Bringing together MBA students from across Canada to compete in academic case challenges, sports, and spirited team-building activities, the MBA Games aims to promote networking, leadership, and teamwork among aspiring business leaders, while also incorporating a philanthropic element to raise funds for charitable causes.

This year’s MBA Games theme, Profit with Purpose, reflects our commitment to conscious capitalism, an approach to business that goes beyond maximizing profits to create meaningful, positive impact. It emphasizes the importance of businesses operating with integrity, responsibility, and mindfulness of their broader role in society. Rather than pursuing growth at any cost, Profit with Purpose highlights how organizations can balance financial success with social and environmental responsibility, ensuring that the way we do business contributes to a better future for both society and the world.
Profit with Purpose
Our Pillars

1
Sustainability
We believe in building a future where business success and environmental responsibility go hand in hand. Sustainability means making choices today that preserve our planet’s resources for tomorrow - reducing waste, promoting innovation, and driving long-term, regenerative growth.
2
Ethics
Profit with Purpose begins with integrity. Ethical business practices ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability in every decision. By leading with values, we create trust and demonstrate that doing what’s right is essential to lasting success.
3
Humanity
At the heart of conscious capitalism is people. Humanity reminds us that behind every number, decision, and innovation are individuals and communities. We aim to uplift others, champion inclusivity, and ensure that business serves as a force for good in society.
